White Chocolate and Blueberry Bar

These white chocolate and blueberry bars were among one of the first recipes I tried in the cook processor, and was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly amazing they turned out and tasted. Bursting with blueberries complimented with chunks of white chocolate and a thin buttery crust.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease and line and 20cm (8 inch) cake pan
  2. Using multiblade Add self raising flour, brown sugar and butter to bowl and mix for 2 minutes at speed 7 until it creates a breadcrumb consistency.
  3. Remove half and press tightly into a 20cm (8 inch) cake pan. It will seem like there isnt enough but just keep pressing it in and it will eventually fill the pan.
  4. Add milk, egg and vanilla and mix 10 seconds at speed 4 or until combined.
  5. Add White chocolate and Blueberries and quick stir until just combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over your base mix and spread out evenly, Bake for 30-35 mins or until golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool in tin. Remove and slice
