Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

We’re huge strawberry fans here and are patiently waiting for our own strawberry plants to come into fruition, despite our garden being a plant killer (or maybe its just me). Our strawberry plants fruit multiple times during season and will often give us a few punnets a day for weeks at a time. While we wait though we have been picking them up pretty cheap from our local fruit shop and freezing them to munch on during the hotter days, we’ve also been making this delicious frozen yoghurt for an after dinner treat.

Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt

4 ingredients and a few minutes in the cook processor and you’re good to go.

The strawberries are going nuts here at the moment, and we are loving it! My girls would adore this, I might have to whip up a batch if I can nab some fresh strawberries for the freezer before they are eaten!

How great is a 4 ingredient recipe, especially when it packs in so much flavour with so little effort.
I think I may have missed the time to do some veggie planting in my garden. I keened it out but need to add more soil and plant but I’ve been a bit lazy in getting my shit together.
If I don’t do it in the next week or two I think it’ll be to late.
Happy strawberry eating once your plants finally come in. šŸ™‚
Thanks so much for linking up to FFF party. xx

Ha I purposely miss the planting time every year now because I cant bear to watch them wither and die on me, these strawberries though have survived 35 and -5 degrees, even if I tried I couldn’t kill them:) Get planting:)
