Sausage rolls

My husband first made these for me 10 years ago when we first met, over the years they have been made countless times. They are always the first choice for bring a plate or end of year parties, the request that gets repeatedly asked for, the favourite in lunch boxes, the lazy dinner worthy of yays and excited faces and the ingredients I hide from my mum because I know she will always ask me to make her a batch. These sausage rolls are the heart of our family.
