  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Attach the food processor attachment to the cook processor main unit
  3. Using the slicing blade set on medium thickness, and speed 8, slice all potatoes. Set aside.
  4. Using the large grating blade and speed 9 grate onions and set aside
  5. Using the large grating blade and speed 9 grate cheese and set aside.
  6. Without cleaning add cream, milk and mustard and mix. (We just used a wooden spoon but can be done with the multi blade on speed 2 if wanted)
  7. In a casserole dish layer 1/3 of the potato slightly overlapping and top with onion and bacon. Repeat this process until finished
  8. Pour the cream mixture over the potatos and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and top with cheese, bake for a remaining 15 minutes or until potatos are tender.
