Potato Bake

Several months ago we received the Food processor attachment for the Cook Processor. I’ve never owned a food processor so was crazy excited at the prospect of slicing and grating anything and everything. My first priority was grating a block of cheese and putting it in the freezer for pizzas, which has been so handy for nights when I’m not home or we are lazy but don’t want to buy take out and we always have pizza dough or bases in the freezer so it’s quick and easy:) Next on the list was potato bake, sliced the potatoes in zero point one second, OK, exaggeration but seriously so easy.

We are currently giving away a Food processor attachment for the Cook Processor courtesy of KitchenAid, with only 2 days remaining it would be crazy to miss out on entering.

  4. Using the large grating blade and speed 9 grate onions and set aside
  5. Using the large grating blade and speed 9 grate cheese and set aside.
  6. Without cleaning add cream, milk and mustard and mix. (We just used a wooden spoon but can be done with the multi blade on speed 2 if wanted)
