Using multi blade
Add white chocolate and pulse for 10 seconds. Melt chocolate 50°C for 4.30 minutes on speed Int
Add cream Cheese and increase speed gradually to speed 8 for 2 minutes. Set aside. No need to wash bowl, just scrape it out well.
Add butter and melt on 90°C, speed 1 for 2 minutes.
Add oreos and blend speed 9 for 2 minutes.
Add chocolate and pulse for 20 seconds. Melt on 50°C for 4 minutes. Spread smoothly over the cream cheese filling and refrigerate until set. Using a knife run under hot water cut bars into 16 bars to serve.
