Moroccan Beef Strudel with Cheese Sauce

As there’s only the three of us in the house most meals we cook we have leftovers for lunch the next day and sometimes dinner. The day after we cooked this as we were sitting down for dinner, husband said he had been thinking about this all day because it was just that good. Even the picky 7 year old was happy with it. It will definitely become a regular at dinner and for lunch boxes.

Hi, in your instructions you add feta, but it is not in the ingredients list, so how much feta should I add. Thanks

Opps, thanks for pointing that out Lyn. It’s 150 grams feta, Ive edited the recipe to reflect that.

Made this and it was greatly enjoyed by both of us, I did just take a rough guess at the feta, but thanks for updating the recipe.
