  1. Using dough blade. Add water, sugar and yeast and set temp to 40°C for 5 minuntes at speed 1
  2. Add flour and oil ad mix on speed 10 and until it comes together then reduce to speed 6-8 for 5 minutes.
  3. Set temp to 40°C for 40 minutes no speed.
  4. Once dough is risen roll out until its 1/2 cm thick and cut out into your preferred size for mini pizzas.
  5. Top with desired toppings and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
  6. To freeze. Bake each base about 8-10 minutes in a preheated to 180°C oven, Cool and freeze. Defrost before use and top with desired toppings.
