  1. Using mutli blade. Add carrot, onion, bread and cheese and grate speed 10 for 50 seconds. Scrape down.
  2. Add egg, mince, sauces and flour and mix speed 4 until combined.
  3. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on a greased oven tray. Refrigerate for about an hour. This will help them stay together when cooking.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 30-45 minutes. Flip meatballs halfway through. Alternatively you can fry them off in a heated frypan.
