Mango Chutney

We aren’t really much of a chutney family, I’ve never made it and I can count the number of times its been in the house the past 10 years on one hand. We still aren’t a chutney family, but this was definitely worth it for my husbands taste buds. Again, made easy with the cook processor for the no hands regular stirring. This goes great with brie and crackers or can be used in our upcoming Ginger Almond Chicken recipe.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Using multi blade. Add garlic and ginger and pulse for 15 seconds. Add onion and chop speed 8 for 10 seconds.
  2. Using stir assist. Add oil and saute at 120°C for 5 minutes at speed 1
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook at 100°C for 40 minutes at speed Int.
  4. Pour into a sterilized jar and store in the fridge for up to several weeks in the fridge.
