  1. Using multiblade Add all dipping sauce ingrediants to bowl and blend on pulse until chopped and combined

  1. Using multi blade Add chilli, ginger and garlic cloves to bowl and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add prawns, fish, fish sauce, tumeric and lime juice to garlic and chilli and blend speed 6 for 2 minutes.
  3. Add spring onion and coriander and stir through.
  4. Shape fish mixture into 2 tablespoon sized balls and cook on a preheated lightly oiled medium fry pan until cooked through. A few minutes on either side.
