Firstly, if you slide your eyes over to the left of the page you will see RSS feed, email, Facebook and Instagram buttons, where you can get updates either directly via email or see sneak peaks and know when a new post is up via Facebook or Instagram. I’m still trying to get the RSS link working but hopefully that will be fixed tomorrow.
Now more importantly, chocolate.
I wish I could take credit for creating these delicious morsels because they are amazing but sadly I can’t, they are everything a cookie should be, soft, chocolaty, moreish, chocolaty. I said chocolaty twice because double chocolate:)
Don’t take my word for it though, try them yourself.
- 170 grams butter
- 150 grams brown sugar
- 60 grams white sugar
- 95 grams chocolate pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 340 grams plain flour
- 1 teaspooon baking soda
- 55 grams cocoa powder
- 250 grams white chocolate chips
- Using multiblade Add butter, and both sugars and mix 40 seconds at speed 7
- Add pudding mix and mix 30 seconds at speed 7
- Add both eggs and vanilla extract and mix 30 seconds at speed 4
- Add flour, baking soda and cocoa powder and mix speed 3 until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and mix 10-15 seconds at speed 1.
- Roll into tablespoon sized balls and bake on grease proof paper lined trays for 10-12 minutes
