Curried Sausages

Schools coming to an end this week which means Husband and I are both run off our feet with end of term shenanigans. So I’m fully invested in anything that is quick, easy and I don’t have to grab any random ingredients for.

This is a super easy dish that comes together in 25 minutes and will keep even the pickiest eaters happy.

Instructions
  1. Using mini bowl Chop garlic cloves on pulse. Chop onion and carrot speed 9, 15-20 seconds
  2. Using stir assist Add sausages and oil and cook 110°C for 10 minutes on int speed Set aside. If any sausage skins fell off remove these.
  3. Cook onion, carrots and garlic at 110°C for 5 minutes at speed 1 Add curry powder and cook 110°C for 1 minute at speed 1
  4. Add sausages and quick stir 10 seconds
  5. Add stock and tomatoes and cook 110°C for 7 minutes at speed int
  6. Add peas, sultanas, salt and pepper and cook 110°C for 2 minutes at speed 1.
  7. Serve with mashed potato or rice
Recipe Notes

This is quite a mild curried sausage dish so feel free to up the curry powder to a tablespoon or more if you wish.
