Creamy Chicken and Asparagus Pasta
cut in 2 cm cubes
tough ends trimmed and cut in 2cm pieces
Using stir assist add oil and heat at 140°C for 2 minutes
Add chicken and bacon and cook 140°C for 7 minutes on speed 1. Set aside. If you like a thicker sauce drain the juices or for a thinner sauce keep them.
Add broth and 2 cups of the milk and bring to the boil at 140°C for 3 minutes.
Add pasta and cook at 130°C for 7 minutes with lid open
Add asparagus and mix on speed 1 until asparagus is mixed slightly with pasta, cook 130°C for 4 minutes
In a small separate bowl mix flour and milk. Set heat to 130°C for 2 minutes on speed 1. With the lid closed add milk and flour mixture through measuring cup hole.
Add chicken, cheese and bacon and cook 130°C for 1 minute on speed 2.
