If I had to pick one food that I would live of it would be coconut in any shape and form, which is why this variation on caramel sauce makes me very happy.
We’ve used this on so many things over the years, namely drizzled over Sticky Date pudding and Ice cream. It would even make a glorious substitute for the chocolate sauce in our Chocolate Fudge Milkshake.
It was super easy to convert to the cook processor and it’s a bonus when you don’t have to stir it yourself, gives you time to scoop out some ice cream.
