Seriously, these are good.
The don’t tell the kids or partner about them kinda good.
The eat a little piece every time you walk past the table kinda good.
The I only made them an hour ago and there’s two left kinda good.
The ready in 10 minutes kinda good.
Ill stop now.
- 375 grams chocolate
- 125 ` grams nutella
- 100 grams hazelnuts
- 30 grams popped popcorn (a little less then 60 grams of kernels)
- 30 grams rice bubbles
- white chocolate for drizzling (optional)
- Pre chop hazelnuts (see note below)
- Line baking tray with grease-proof paper Insert stir assist Melt chocolate in the bowl, 5 minutes, 50°, speed 1.
- Add nutella. Mix 20 seconds speed 1.
- Add all other ingredients. Mix speed 1 until everything is coated in chocolate.
- Spoon onto line baking tray. Place in fridge to set.
For chopping the hazelnuts I just used a knife and board but you can chop them in the mini or main bowl on pulse for 5 or so seconds. Just ensure the main bowl is clean of water to avoid the chocolate seizing.
