We had our nephew over just before Christmas for the cousins annual gingerbread build, and wanted something for dinner that was easy and that the kids would happily eat. Something that would fool my nephew into eating the real version instead of the boxed version. Zero negativity against boxed stuff, but for a kid who is semi picky, I wanted to see if I could fool him into eating something else. It was a big success with both boys though my nephew has been brought up way too well and told me it was rude to pick favourites when I asked him which he liked better. With only a few ingredients and a few steps this came together crazy fast, and I was super happy with how the Cook Processor went with the chicken breasts.
