Starting with the stir assist blade
Place chorizo into bowl and cook 6 min, 100°C, speed 1 with measuring cup removed. Set aside.
Place chicken strips into bowl and cook 10 min, 100°C, stir assist. Set aside with the chorizo. Depending on the thickness/sauciness you like your stew, you can drain or keep the chicken juices, (we drained ours as hubby likes a thicker stew/sauce).
Place onion, garlic clove, potato, carrot, celery and optional red chilli into bowl with multi blade and pulse 5 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl then pulse for a further 5 seconds
Remove multi blade and add stir assist
Add canned tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste and cook 13 min ,115°C, speed 2 with measuring cup out.
Add cooked chorizo, chicken, pasta and beef stock . Cook 15 min, 100°C, speed 1. Allow to rest five minutes before serving.
