I’m a big fan of savoury muffins and these are no exception. Beautifully easy to prepare in the Cook Processor, they come out with the most beautiful smell that will be sure to attract the family to the kitchen. Crusty on top and soft and fluffy in the middle, these make the perfect afternoon snack or diner side. Give them a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Using multi-blade. Preheat oven to 180°C Add cheese and grate on pulse for 20 seconds.
  2. Add flour and mix speed 3 for 30 seconds
  3. Add eggs and water and mix speed 5 for 30 seconds
  4. Add chicves and mix speed 3 for 20 seconds
  5. Pour into well greased muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is golden on top
Recipe Notes

To take these to the next level, scoop out the inside after cooking and pop some garlic butter and a square of cheese inside and return to oven until melted.
