Back to school Pizza scrolls

With school holidays coming to an end and the kids going back to school, lunches are at the forefront of my mind. These pizza scrolls are a hit in the lunch box and are easy to customize to fit your picky child’s food likes/dislikes.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Insert dough blade
  2. Add water, yeast and sugar.
  3. Select DOUGH P1 and press start.
  4. When step 1 is finished add flour, salt and oil. Press start for step 2.
  5. Press start for step 3 (rising). When finished remove dough from the bowl and punch down.
  6. Preheat oven to 180
  7. Flour bench as needed for rolling. Form dough into a ball and divide in 2. Roll out in a rectangle shape.
  8. Cover rectangle with tomato sauce and sprinkle on desired amount of cheese and bacon bits (or whatever filling you want)
  9. Starting from the small side of the rectangle, roll up the dough until you get to the end.
  10. Using a bread knife, cut the scroll into 9 even sections and place on a baking paper lined tray
  11. Repeat steps 7-9 with 2nd dough ball.
  12. Allow to rise for 20-30 minutes.
  13. Place tray in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden
